It is not in line with the level of service and professionalism we strive to provide. Regarding the behavior of some of our lifeguard staffers at the waterpark, we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration it caused. We have taken immediate action to rectify the situation and ensure that our pool maintenance procedures are reviewed and improved to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. This is certainly not the kind of experience we want our guests to have, and we understand how upsetting it must have been for you.
